The End Of Days

If I showed myself, what I saw

Would you all believe me more?

Believe I know of every fate

Believe I know humans aren’t so great

Would you believe me, the words I say

The predictions I prophesize at the break of day

Time himself speaking through me

Me all-knowing prophecy

My omnipotent voice

My controlling and murderous choice

Seeing the death of so many before,

Pompeii, The holocaust and every war

I see the deaths, hear the cries

Through time, the echoing eternal sighs

Its pain, it hurts to hear and see

Everything that is going to be

The truth pulled out of the darkness too

Truths that will kill each of you

Blood on my hands, Lady Macbeth’s repeat

The truth knocking me off my feet

Turn to the freak, it drives me insane

How everyone comes to me again

To know what’s what and know who’s who

I have my own life too

I wish they’d all leave my life alone

So tell them what they want, give the dog its bone

I’ll let them live, but the day draws near

When angels descend and humans disappear

I write this poem, in all truth,

My cage of everlasting youth

When I say I see, I mean it too

You don’t know, you’re not meant to

But me, I do, I know it allIf I showed myself, what I saw

Would you all believe me more?

Believe I know of every fate

Believe I know humans aren’t so great

Would you believe me, the words I say

The predictions I prophesize at the break of day

Time himself speaking through me

Me all-knowing prophecy

Seeing the death of so many before,

I write this poem, in all truth,

My cage of everlasting youth

When I say I see, I mean it too

You don’t know, you’re not meant to

But me, I do, I know it all

Every rise, every fall

So let me know and let life be

Until the end of days, when I give my prophecy.

Every rise, every fall

So let me know and let life be

Until the end of days, when I give my prophecy.
